Graphics...
Please
read my Terms of Use before you download any
linkware (free) web set. Please do not link to my grahics. You need
to right click and save each part of the set that you want. If you
try to link to the graphics on my server, your graphics will eventually
not work since I do change the name of the directories often to
prevent bandwidth theft.
Thank you so much for
your time in reading my Terms of Use. To those
of you who agree to my terms and use my sets, I thank you for your
cooperation. It is unfortunate that rules like this even have to
be set up, but there are a few out there who spoil it for the rest
of us. It's because of them that many free graphics sites and closed
or turned into paid membership sites. I hope you find what you are
looking for here. Browse all you want, the menu is to the left!

Terms
of use...
Before you use my
free graphics, I ask that you please read my terms of use which
are clearly listed below. When you download any of my graphics
you are agreeing to the following terms:

Unless
otherwise specified, all graphics presented to you on this site
are linkware. Linkware means that these sets are all available
to you for use on your personal, noncommercial, homepage free
of charge, provided the following:
1. You must use the matching logo with each set.
2. You must link back to AfterGodsOwnHeart at: http://aftergodsownheart.com/
3. The link and logo must appear on each page that contain my
graphic sets.
4. When using blinkies and calling cards it's ok not to link
back. Please do let others know where you got them from though.
These are free for your use in signatures, guestbooks, etc....,
but you may not collect them to put them on your site for others
to download. I still retain the copyright to these items....they
are just free for you to use.
- No direct linking
to any of my graphics. Direct linking to someone else's server
is called bandwidth theft. Please do the right thing and download
the graphics you wish to use, then upload them to your own server.
I have found those who do direct link (believe me it's easy).
I also change the name of my directories often so you will eventually
lose the graphics you choose. Please help to keep my graphics
free for everyone to use!

Most
of my sets are available for exclusive rights (purchase) for
your personal homepage, but some are not. Please request the
purchase amount by contacting me if
you are interested in this option. Once I receive payment, the
set will be removed from my site. You will then have the option
of weather or not you would like to link back to BeautyCreations.
If you are happy with my services, a link back or a listing
of BeautyCreations on a credits page would be very nice.

Commercial
site owners MAY use any of my graphics without purchasing
licensing rights if they link back to me. I look at this as
I do you a favor...you do one for me! :) The only thing I ask
is that you let me know what you are
doing. Under certain circumstances I may ask you not to use
my graphics. (Specifics in next paragraph)

My
graphics may not be used on pages that contain s*xually explicit
material or language, profanity, hate material, child endangerment,
threats to human or animal life, overemphasis of angels, and
anything contrary to the Word of God (the Bible). I make my
graphics to honor God, and for them to be used on any of the
above listed sites would be an insult to my God. I respect you
and your beliefs, I ask that you please respect mine. There
are many sites that cater to the specific topics mentioned above.
You can find them easily at Google.

My
graphics may not be altered in any way, with the exception of
adding text to the blank button that is included with each set,
or to any blank calling cards. If you need slight alterations
or an extra button or two, please ask
me! I'm willing to do minor alterations for free.

All of my graphics were made either from from scratch, dingbat
fonts, public domain clip art, my own digital photographs/art,
royalty free photographs/art, tutorials, or art for which I
have written permission to use (with all the proper linkbacks
in place). If you see anything on this site that you believe
is in copyright violation please let me know immediately and
I will take the necessary, and immediate, steps to correct it.
